I do not think your weight is something you should be using to gauge your progress. What is your body fat?

I will hurt you if you eat pizza.

I haven't posted my supplementation in awhile, so here is what I use currently:

AIFM - 1 spray per day (a day off every couple weeks)
PureCEE - 5 smurf caplets pre training
SesaPure - 1 or 2 as needed
Gluc_R - pre meals as needed
Vit-C 1g per tab - up to 3 or 4 daily
B-100 - 1 or 2 a day
Multi vitamin - 4 spread through the day
Flax oil caps - 3 per day (1.2 grams each)
OxyCalm - as needed
ECA (25/200/325) - 1 per day as needed
Green Tea (occasionally for it's antioxidant properties)

I try to keep my abs tight all the time, helps with my posture & lower back. I think not training abs consistantly and building up my spinal erectors had something to do with the current issues.

I'm just doing decline crunches right now a couple times a week. My lower back hurts some times when on the decline at the bottom of the movement though.

Glutes and hamstrings are wicked tight... I do a bunch of streches for them to try and keep them loose. My hammys are still killing me from doing the box SLDL's damn those were rough (that was 4 days ago).... I don't have full strech ROM back yet because they're so dang tight and hurtin'.

Strech, Strech, Strech i guess, eh.

I have uissues w/decline ab work as well. My lower back feels like it wants 2 lock up and it's hard to breathe through it. Just make sure to keep your back as flat to the bench as possible, and maybe do 3/4 of the ROM instead if it becomes an issue.
I'll check out that T-nation article and let ya know.

what weight you thinking about adding to your dips? rep scheme 5??

Yeah, Exactly... felt tight and I almost got immobilized one time from it locking up i guess and i just dropped down. I tried 3/4 and 1/4 reps but mixed them in with full ROM last time... i'll try strictly 3/4 reps next time and hope that goes better :)
Lower is killing me today (taking some Ibpro.), tried to sleep on my back...after laying there for 2 hours, i gave up... chiro appt scheduled for 12pm.

Na, not really... I did take a straight 10 days off AIFM a couple weeks back. And a month or two ago I didn't take much for a few weeks...that's about it though. The supp. that's relatively new is the ECA stack.

Probably 5 or 10lbs yeah for 5 reps... build up to 8 reps then add weight and back down to 5 reps.

Thanks, yeah... Pats and Colts played a great game, intense. I'm pissed at NY too...wtf?! They had it and let it go :rolleyes:

plexico should seriously be cut....the guy gives up on every play. and there are several defensive players that should be cut as well...only problem is they have no other backups b/c of injuries. don't even want to get started on eli...the guy is a joke...couldn't hit water if he fell off a boat

I know it is really hard to sleep on your back, trust me, but I have found it has helped a lot, especially with my shoulders as well. Takes a lot to get used to, I still am, have you tried putting a pillow underneath your knees?
