nice work on the chins...i wouldn't expect to see much progress though putting them 3rd in the rotation...by the time you get to them your already fatigued and lifting 215 is fawking tough even to start out on... if you want to keep adding reps to your chins i would do these first...but that's only if your goal would be to increase your reps
