It's only a problem with lifts that I need to bend at the waist and put major pressure on my lower back because my spine is out of whack there still... for now. Until it's straight, i'm not stressing it. Once my chiro can finally get that in-line... i'll probably wait a few more weeks... then start doing light Good Morning's (GM's) and strengthen my spinal erectors without having them be unbalanced from my lower back and hip displacement from my muscle imbalances and tight hamms and glutes (stretching multiple times a day still).
I was doing fine with 150+lb GM's before... but I think strengthening my back when it was unknowingly "out of whack" made it worst with squatting deep 3x week (with that slight bend at the bottom and all the weight going to my lower back).
Eh, I don't have much pain at all from it anymore, it's getting better for sure
