Monday 10/23/06

Cardio: Bike (10 min), Treadmill (10 min), Arch Trainer (15 min).
Abs: 3 sets rope crunches.. 100lbs, 120lbs, 140lbs

If you have to wait, your plan to pull a Tweakle by using variants of the lifts (supported rows as you already mentioned and maybe sumo deads and safety squats) that don't exacerbate the injury seems like the only way to go.

Sumo deads, i should have done when my back was hurting last spring :rolleyes: hind sight is a b1tch. Saftey squats... no such "machine" in my gym... 1 leg - leg press most likely.

bro...don't sweat it. chill until january and give your body a rest from all the heavy core lifting. hopefully then you know what is wrong with you and it's treatable. yes your going to miss the lifts but it's not like your completely out of the gym...you just have to be more conscious of what your doing in there.

the way this morning went... chillin' and just "working out" seems like it'll have to do. I think i have good mornings where my back is fine and bad mornings were my back feels fawked... today was a bad day :(

Thanks man... i'll have something figured out by the end of the week ("routine" wise). Wed. will be 7 days without real lifting.

Remember when i took 2 weeks off, then 4, then 3 more, RECENTLY just 2 more... If I can do it, YOU can do it... you need it. IMO this is GOOD for you, you have to focus on coursework no? I think you said that recently about school ...

SO it's WORKS... make the most of your time OFF by doing something constructive.
