Last time I did weighted chins I used a jump rope for my chinning belt. Looped it through some plates and tied it tight around my waist. It cut in a bit (had to be tight so it didn't fall off), but it worked just fine. Better than the backpack full of weights I was using!!! :D

Zander lol anything in the name of improvisation. The skinny kids were looking at me with combination of that "You're a retard" and "Holy shit we never saw anyone do 1 pullup, and this guy is strapping plates to him" look.

Decline Bench Press

Last time I did decline was a year ago, so I guess all of these are new PRs. Also the bench was so shaky that I felt like I was benching on a wobble board. I know I wasn't stable and triceps flared out, but I will get better at this movement.

Ladder Pullups - no rest inbetween these sets
Close Grip Chinup: 1reps + 2reps + 3reps + 4reps + 5reps + 6reps + 7reps + 4reps
Wide Grip Chinup: 1reps + 2reps + 3reps

JM PResses: 95 x 10, 115 x 10, 135 x 10
Lying dumbell extensions: 25 x 2 sets x 15
Cable pushdowns: 2 x 15
Lateral Flyes: 15lbs x 2 sets x 15
