Last time I did weighted chins I used a jump rope for my chinning belt. Looped it through some plates and tied it tight around my waist. It cut in a bit (had to be tight so it didn't fall off), but it worked just fine. Better than the backpack full of weights I was using!!!

Last time I did decline was a year ago, so I guess all of these are new PRs. Also the bench was so shaky that I felt like I was benching on a wobble board. I know I wasn't stable and triceps flared out, but I will get better at this movement.
