Yesterday's back workout is not even worth mentioning - pathetic

Wednesday - August 21

Flat Bench Press
135 x 10
185 x 6
225 x 5
230 x 5
235 x 5

EZ-Bar Close Grip Press
75 x 20
115 x 10
175 x 7 - weak for some reason
175 x 4

Speed PushPresses (practicing for Sunday): 95 x 8 sets x 3 reps
Dumbell Shrugs: 3 x 30
Tricep Pushdowns: 4 x 15
 
rev instead of doing three sets of five with 225, 230 and 235, why dont you just hit one or two reps at 225, then two sets at 235, probably would have done more than five. not a flame, just a thought.

Damn!!! I wanted another video... I love the cheesy music you put to the videos... You need to find the old music to the original Mario Brothers Nintendo game... that would be the shit while you are pulling a 500 rack dead!
 
sin I just wanted to change it up.. so added more volume... and 5 lbs every set so it would feel just as heavy as the 225

evis lolol
