I can easily go ass to grass with front squats... but regular squats have been a problem for me for 3 years!.... once I start to go heavier I simply cannot sit back.... if I do try I will do a quarter squat and then will need to either relax my hips or protrude my knees forward in order to go any deeper. I tried to set the bar lower, and it almost fell off my back (and it was only 135). I think my plan now is to squat heavy with Front Squats, and drop back to 185 with regular squats and slowly build up
