One way to start fixing it is this: pwr_machine's idea: stand with your toes an inch or 2 from a wall. Proceed to squat back, if your knees touch the wall or if you lose your balance you fucked up and it is time to try again.

It is really hard to learn to sit back with the bar up as high as you have it. Start messing with the bar position until you have it just below your upper traps, you'll find a comfortable area back there. You have to squeeze your shoulder blades (make your chest as big as you can) to really feel the ridge. Once you have the bar lower you will be able to lean forward and your hips will be able to clearbecause the bar is closer to them.

You should be squatting close to 400 pounds easily, this is a simple thing that once you learn it you will up your squat and feel more comfortable within a few weeks.
 
I can easily go ass to grass with front squats... but regular squats have been a problem for me for 3 years!.... once I start to go heavier I simply cannot sit back.... if I do try I will do a quarter squat and then will need to either relax my hips or protrude my knees forward in order to go any deeper. I tried to set the bar lower, and it almost fell off my back (and it was only 135). I think my plan now is to squat heavy with Front Squats, and drop back to 185 with regular squats and slowly build up

Bigguns15 is recently overcoming the problem of not being able to sit back. For years, she thought that it was just the structure of her body that prevented her from doing. I could say sit back 100 times a workout, but it never clicked until recently. Her form looks much better. Strengthening her hips and hams have made a big difference. Box squats have also made quite a difference since it forces you to sit back and learn that motion. And slowly building back up is a good option.
 
Drop down to a weight that allows you to squat deep with good form. From their, add 5 pounds a workout and you will be on your way.

All I gotta say is that I want a T-Shirt that says:

That would be an awesome T. . .especially if it was black with white lettering. How can I get one of these?? I am dead serious about this.

I'm sure you can find a cheap place either online or near where you live that prints custom T-shirts, especially something as simple as a black T with white lettering.
