I had to change my workout because worked out in foreign gym

Flat Bench Press
135 x ...
225 x 3
245 x 1
285 x 1 - with slight assist, the spotter was not familiar with me slowing down at sticking point so he put a finger on it... I wont count it
285 x 0 - got halfway and got stuck
225 x 5

Pullups/Chinups
bw x ....
Chinup: +45 x 9!!! (+2 reps) - last had slight assist
Pullup: +35 x 6 - too tired by now

SkullCrushers: 95 x 2 x 10
Dips: 3 x 10

Great job Rev... I am impressed with the Chins and Pulls.... rarely do you see a guy adding weight to these... I know when I add 50 pounds people look at me like I am nuts. Of course, I am working out at a foo foo gym while I am cutting so everything I do looks insane to these people...lol

Standing Military Press

For some reason my seated press is almost 20 lbs bigger than my standing press... probably weak core

Flat Barbell Lockouts - about 6 inches from chest

295 x 0 - my shoulders were HURTING

Shrugs
Clean grip - 225 x 40

Biceps + Forearms


Not bad for having an extremely painful lower back with pain shooting into the leg.... couldnt use leg drive and probably wont train legs in a while :(
 
Well it all started last year on a bad set of deadlifts,.... and just recently I did few sets of powershrugs, and then went with that bad back and did strongman events with tec and the guys on sunday, and now I can barely walk, it took more effort to get up the stairs than to do actual workout.... I tried ice and reverse hypers... if you got any other suggestins.... im more than welcome to listen
 
if you can barely walk, maybe you should take some time off. if its a nerve or disc issue, training may only aggravate it. i have never had back problems, but the people on this board have alot of knowledge, so maybe they can advise.
