sounds good to me. i might try doubles for a week, maybe twice per. then go for the singles the next two. actually today i was working back, ten sets of 2 reps in ther power clean, 167 to 177, concentrating on form. i intnded to do 8 sets of two reps with 35 to 45 pds on pull ups, got interupted halfway through and was unable to resume. when you hit the magic 100 pd mark you will be so far ahead of most people all you will see are angels!
