Is it just me, or did you kind of 'hop' during those bent over rows? Is that part of the movement or are you compensating for using a heavy weight?
As for the barbell curls... yeah, it looks like you cheated. Like someone else said, I too try to keep strict form and if I need to lean a bit on the last rep, that's about as far as I go (with letting my form slip).
I never even noticed that hop until you told me, I guess i do it to get past sticking points... but my back got hit pretty good with those. And yea youre right curls were cheated, I just decided to do some at the end of workout to see where I am at. It wasnt like a workset, just something for fun
are you trying to hit the mid-back? maybe if you concentrate for the next few weeks on the weighted pull ups instead of the heavy rack deads and rows you will hit the magical bw +100. kudos on your effort intensity and progress.
sinj, that's an excellent idea. Rack deads are definetely out, and pullups will probably be first exercise of the workout. Maybe I should continue with singles, adding 5 lbs every week.. for about 3 weeks. What do you think?
