Eh. . ignore these guys. . they need to learn how to mind their own business and learn how to train.

When people see me performing these exercises. . they are highly interested and ask me what area the exercises hit.
 
Louden, that is the issue of visual perception and it's end result
You have a very advanced, lean physique and you are very strong, prompting the people to learn about exercises/tips/diets that you had followed - for the purpose of achieving your level of development. However, my level of strength and physique development is subpar to many of the members of the gym, making them think that I am being a moron by doing these exercises. They will ofcourse regret their opinions after few years when they stay the same size with their cable curls and dbol only cycles, while I will progress in strength and size.

I think the +80 x 2 killed the +90 x 1. You need to get your chin above the bar for it to count, in my book. Very close though.

I cross my legs together at the ankles and bend at the knees. It makes me much more stable and I swing less. I think it makes the pull easier too.
