nice, good work to all. parabellum, special props to you on that 385x2, because I think that's solid progress based on what I've seen of your training log thread.

Thanks everyone. I took last off and this workotu seemed like I had springs in my arms.

I'm in for another training session. Name the time and place.

Parabellum got a PR of 385 x 2 on normal bench, failed on 445 x 1 4-board, and did 415 x 3 4-board

425 x 3 4 Board Press :)

I've trained on and off for at least 10 years, but seriously only for a 1 1/2 years.

Rex if you stil have teh 445 failed lift ftp it over. The failed lifts are what count the most. I want to see what I did wrong.

Thanks for posting those video's. I've never seen myself lift on tape before.

I think I remember Para posting awhile back about shooting for a 410 lift. From what I saw that's a lock for him. He'll do that easy.

Both Revex and Para have awesome setups. Once rev gets some more reps under his belt his bench will soar. I saw an improvement from one set to the next once he relaxed alittle.

ED hit a PR which is always a good day. If I can critique without offending, he's needs to work his setup. A better arch will get him a new PR without even trying.

I have to point out that my 365 bench video posted was my fourth work set, and third time with that weight. <Ego takes over> The first two were much smoother - LOL.

That was my first time using boards. I've been doing lockouts from a low pin point for a long time. I was actually surprised I was able to do so much, this was obviously because I've been doing lockouts from the pins for quite some time. I'm wondering how much of a difference there really is.

Anyways it was a great workout. We must must must do this with shirts. I think we'll see some big numbers go up.

Oh, and a Squat workout.

Yea, if you have mine post it also. You should have gotten that easy, you have a stronger bench then I and I got it. I should lend you my WS tapes and you'll see how they set that up.

Gen if you can get 445 off your chest it's all yours, based on the way you have been training your lockouts. You have an enormous amount of strength.

I'm going to take it for a ride tomorrow again.

It was a pleasure training with you all.

I have a few setup specific vids on train or die's forum.
