Id like to discuss some of the techniques used, if anyone's up for it. I saw a lot of good stuff, but there were a few things I really didnt luike. But props on putting it all together guys.

Para - this was purely mental, he kept saying its heavy its heavy..h ow the fuck is it heavy when you do 415 for 3 with like 2 more reps in the tank?
