Stats are 6'0 and weighed in at 192lbs before i started..weighed myself every monday morning same place/time...by end of 5 wks weigh 206lbs and 2 wks later same weight...
Mostly noticeable gains were in shoulders/traps and wider...but gains in everything...
Diet was 2900 avg calories/day and 210 g protein/day..3 shakes and rest was food 3 meals and 2 snacks....my goal was to get to 200lbs for the first time and did it..
Strength gains were very noticeable...
