Results from my 1ad 5wk cycle

Stats are 6'0 and weighed in at 192lbs before i started..weighed myself every monday morning same place/time...by end of 5 wks weigh 206lbs and 2 wks later same weight...

Mostly noticeable gains were in shoulders/traps and wider...but gains in everything...

Diet was 2900 avg calories/day and 210 g protein/day..3 shakes and rest was food 3 meals and 2 snacks....my goal was to get to 200lbs for the first time and did it..

Strength gains were very noticeable...
flat bench 275 x 3, when on andro was 275 x 8
military 225 x 5 , 225 x 10
squats 275 x 10, 315 x 8

wait a couple months and decide what to do next

I had very similiar gains when I tried 1-ad.
I am currently having similiar gains with superdrol.

I actually think the superdrol works better. However I have experienced more sides from the superdrol than the 1-AD. (breaking out)

The strength and weight gains were good for me on 1ad but I think I lost some hair on my head and got hairy every where else. I have never used gear and now wish I never used 1ad.

1-AD is a prohormone 1-Androstenediol or 1-androstene-3beta,17beta-diol. That's as copied from a pack.

They work but you have to take silly high doses compared with running dbol or oral-tbol. Your liver isn't going to be happy with that. It can metabolize heavily into DHT so prostate issues arise if you're prone. Lethargy and hair loss are other commonly reported symptoms.

It breaks down into 1-Test which cannot aromatize.

If you're in Canada then I believe it's still legal. In the States it's every bit as illegal as a full-blown AAS so why mess with it? You're looking at orals with a fraction of the effect and all of the sides.

I couldn't get a hard-on either on 1ad.

It's generally recommended to stack it with 4-AD, yet another pro-hormone. 4-AD reduces to Test.

ok, do you know if any company still makes Prohormones? like maybe in Canada, or UK? ive heard that they are still legal in UK, but could be old info.

Pro-Hormones are still legal to sell here in the UK. There are still sites selling them at crazily inflated prices. I think supplies came from the States so they'll just be selling old stocks until they run out.

one should think very carefully before taking prohormones of any type especially now that there are so many like me who wish they never touched the things... just trust me its not worth it

There have been two or three recent outbreaks of PH threads in the AAS forum. I think there are a few new PHs out on the market.
