Ok here is the down low guys. I have Seaspure, Trex, Cardio breeze, YES, Clen, T3, and a natural thyroid supplement (in case I decide not to use T3 OR to have a better thyroid recovery when dont using t3). These are the fat burners I will be using (some I am currently using such as Seaspure, CB, and YES). For someone who has used all the following how did they stack them to get the most out of it?
If I run T3 I want to run it at a maximum of 3-4wks and I have a program to do that from Big Cats Cytomel Profile. Question is I DO NOT want to lose muscle mass. I want to build as well as cutt. Will T3 basically inhibit all lean muscle gains or help maximize it? My diet is very clean minus 1-2 cheat days a wk. Currently I am using 6caps Seasupure, 1-2caps CB, and YES every day. I am seeing pretty good results. If I am seeing results with this do you think I should try and do without the T3? I hear T3 can actually be very anabolic at a low mcg dosage, what would this dosage be?
Here are pics of me from a little while ago. I am a tad leaner now and making progress. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=458455

Currently cycling Tren Enanthate, Equipoise, and Turinabol.

1-16 - Eq 600mgs/EW
1-8/10 - Tren E 400mgs/EW
1-4 - Turinabol 80mgs/ED

Thank you!

I'm against all those for the effect on your cardiovascular system, However if you do decide to run one my pic would be thermorexin.along with mornin cardio on an empty stomach.

Mate I have no advice to offer you on the supplements but I couldn't help but comment when I saw the 'morning cardio on an empty stomach' comment as I can't for the life of me understand why this practice continues to be advocated. I know this isn't the forum for it but for your own sake at least get a scoop of something into you before your cardio....catabolism is not your friend.

Cause AM cardio is the best fat burning exercise you can do..... It's not catabolic if youre using AAS, and if you keep the cardio light to moderate intensity..... Again, it comes down to body type too..... If you have a hard time losing fat, or are Endomorphic, the body is less apt to burn muscle for fuel..... If you are a hard gainer, or Ectomorphic, your body is more apt to burn muscle for fuel..... Natural BB's should take caution doing AM cardio on an empty stomach..... However, if youre on AAS, your body won't burn the muscle for fuel, it will burn mostly fat, and be very effective.....

It is a bit of a moot point as UFC22 hasn't indicated whether he is doing cardio at all and if he is and or was what type of work he's doing.

But as regard your point re fasted cardio. Ahhhh....No. Well yes and no to be exact. People are always going on about fasted cardio being the better for fat loss but I don't think any reasonable and openminded examiniation of the facts backs this up. I know that I am probably not going to change your mind as most of the time when I try to talk to 'fasted cardio' devotees about why they do it it's like trying to talk with a 'HIT devotee' about doing more than one set....in that....sure they know it's possible....but it sure as hell isn't going to happen.

I also don't want to hijack UFC22's thread as for all I know he doesn't give a shit about 'fasted cardio'.

I'll keep an eye on this thread and if UFC22 comes back and shows any interest in the case for and against he can just give a wink and we can kick it off.

I guess youre right about changing people's minds..... The reason you won't change my mind isn't from anything scientific you can say..... Bottom line: The reason I do AM cardio is because I know it WORKS for ME..... I've done cardio at almost every time of the day, on an empty stomach, 1.5hrs after a meal, you name it..... The most effective cardio I have done is in the AM, on an empty stomach...... So, I guess that's what it comes down to, do what works best for you......

So you're saying he should shoot .2 CC of Tren E ED (on an estimated 400mg/ml Tren E)? Thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard. He has only done 500mg Test with some Dbol to kickstart. What he has planned will be more than sufficient.

Where does it say that the tren is 400mg/ml? No need for you to call people dumb if you disagree with them.
