I have a whole head of "curly things" THe humidity doesn't help.

I understand about the legs. I've had a hell of a time with mine...getting the quads to grow. It's weird because my legs are very strong...and I know YOURS are too, but getting them to grow is a different story.
It seems like mine respond best to high reps- to the point of complete exhaustion.
Yeah I use some of that Garnier Fructis Sleek and shine when I get out of the shower so it doesn't go frizzy. But It does have a few curly things that I got to get after with the straightening iron :evil:

Yeah I'm hitting my legs from various angles. I did the heavy thing, then I did the plyo thing, and super set thing... now I'm doing a combo of plyo, mixed rep ranges, and super sets...Plus spin and sprints. It seems to be helping right now!! :)
