Hey girl, just trying to post my training, or if thats what I can even call it these days.... too busy with life and work and not being able to be on EF durinng the day etc...

I eat Bison like its going out of style these days.. Hormel I use in a rush, pretty $$$, they are better than the tyson as far as processing but still, processed. Look at the recipe thread there are several options Im sure. Or maybe the southbeach diet cookbook? I can handle plain and boring so I never have a problem ;)

Have you tried salmon with dijon mustard? You simply coat it and put it in the oven, if you grill it it would be almost heaven..BUT your house would stink like salmon for days...
