duder! I been increasing em every single week almost. slowly but surely man, gotta give the back time to adjust. look at my week to week progress. it's been good. especially cause I pretty much had to start at square one again.

I'm fuckin with ya maing! That's a lotta volume though. Good that the weights are increasing. How was that August goal of taking your shirt off and everyone's jaws dropping? Did you pull that off?

he's def increasing.. i remember when he was dumbell pressing the 2.5 pound plates..
