how bad of fat is peanut butter?
I know that 2tbsp has 16 grams of fat, but it only has 3g of sat. fat..

Probably sounds like a stupid question, but I love me some peanut butter.

One serving a day can't be too bad, right?

I personally love peanut butter, but only in the morning and deffinitely not during cutting.

Only the natural kind is acceptable. Even some Natural brands are bad, make sure Hydrogenated Vegetable oil is not part of the ingredients.

It can be included in a cutting diet as long as it fits whithin your daily fat intake.

Sorry my man, Jiff and kraft are complete crap. Loaded with TRANS-FAT and sugar. The natural kind does not taste as good but you get use to it.
