MY FIRST CYCLE WAS 500/WK SUSTENON, NO PROB WITH GYNO. NOW I WANT TO RUN 400/WK DECA FOR 10 WEEKS. MY QUESTION IS SINCE I DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GYNO FROM THE TEST, DOES IT MEAN I AM LESS SUSCEPTABLE TO THE PROGESTONE INDUCED GYNO FROM DECA???

me 2 i feel with some gyno when i use 400/WK!!!!
idont know what i do so i drop my sustanon down to 250 and dinabol to 25 and deca to 200 ... its also work ,, but i hate low dosages... i dont know why i feel with gyno
im using now nolvadex 20mg/day and proviron 50mg/day
for only first week and i hope to dont feel with gyno agine

200mg a week for deca wont be much good at building mass, but should do wonders for your joints. Winny is always a good addition to the tail end of a deca cycle since it competes for the progesterone receptor and can reduce PR sides.

COULD YOU ADVISE ME HOW MUCH WINNY AND WHEN WOULD BE BEST TIME TO ADD IT? I WOULD APPRECIATE IT! PREFERABLY THE LOWEST DOSE, BUT ENOUGH TO KEEP AWAY THE POSSIBLE GYNO. SO THERE IS NO REASON FOR NOLVADEX BECAUSE IT WONT HELP RIGHT??? ONLY CLOMID POST CYCLE. THANKS GUYS

The sides from deca are progesterone related so anti-e's like nolva, arimidex etc have no effect. Winny bind to the progesterone receptor without activating it and therefor blocks(at least partially) reducing the risk of PR sides. If it were me I would run winny at 50mg/ed for the last 8 weeks of the 10 week deca run.

Maybe you should use roids that does not aromatize easily, like EQ, Primo, ....
