Newb Questions

Hi im new to this board and had a few questions for some of you. Im currently 150lbs and have been lifting weights for a long time. In the past 3 months ive gained about 20lbs although I believe alot of this was from water weight and loading up on creatine. But im looking for faster results that are going to stick with me and not fuck me up. Should I stick to what im doing now or actually go for the big guns. Also what do you guys suggest for amounts. Your info would be highly appreciated. Thx much guys and i'll be on here more often.

Stick to what you're doing. . .20lbs in 3 months is great, your body is still growing naturally, wait for yourself to platue first.
 
I also had another question. Is it ok for me to do just equipose or would it be best to stack this with something. Im very impatient and am so sick of busting ass in the gym and things going so slow. I am currently on a 5000cal diet cuz I was told to be eating a shit ton to gain muscle which I highly understand but Im not seeing big gains in the mirror but maybe im just not seeing it while others are. Ive also heard that once you hit a certain weight for your height every pound of muscle gained afterward will be very noticeable is this true?

How old are ya.....and just to answer your questions, not endorsing the idea you do gear.....equipoise would not be a good first choice....keep it simple the first time around....a little test and maybe some d-bol.....my first cycle 11 years ago was 400 mgs of test a week for 8-10 weeks, and 25 mgs of dbol a day for 6 weeks....but I weighed 220 when I started......anyway the idea is keep the dosages low....good kuck to ya...and remember....steroids are not a magic potion.....keep the calories high and the workouts even harder......welcome aboard bro
 
Im 22 years old. Thx for the info and many friends have told me about D-bol. Friend told me his x girlfriends brother does D-bol and equipose and he's like 5' 7" and weighs like 225lbs. Said he was like me and had lots of probs gaining weight due to being ectomorph and all. I guess the thing I like about being an ectomorph is that I just cant seem to gain fat even on my 5000cal diet ive gained very little fat. Thx much for the info and I'll look into the D-bol thing. Also what kind of test do u suggest?

ive been training off and on since I was about 18. So about 4 years or so but I was kinda misinformed about it in the past until about 6 months ago which is when I actually gained some weight with doing the whole dieting and eating 6 healthy meals daily. Ive learned that dieting is 75% of it and lifting weights is 25% of it.

Also sorry about the above post...I didnt read the board rules for newbs like me. I edited and hope I did it correctly. If not let me know and i'll edit it more.

welcome to the board. I think you should wait awhile before you cycle, but if you do start at very low dose. Just stick around and ask as many questions as you need to. Also the search engine will anwser many Qs you might have. good luck bro.
