Approved Log My TRT Trenbolone Anavar Dbol cycle Log

So I have about 3 weeks left on my cut and I’m planning on ordering my gear in 2 weeks. I have some dbol left over from my last cycle. I have about 33 days worth to do 30mg of dbol daily. I’m planning on doing TRT+tren for sure. I’ve read online that people introduce dbol later in their cycle when doing it with tren. What do you guys recommend?

How much tren e. should I run? And how much dbol? Dbol never caused me any major side effects and it’s never caused me major bloating.

I’ve cycled before several times so I can handle higher doses I also have stuff to combat any nasty side effects like tachycardia or high blood pressure etc.

I’d like to remain lean and put on some decent size.

So tren + tool or tren + dbol?

I did tren + dbol before and got good results. Tren + dbol had no side effects for me and I’ve retained virtually all the strength from the cycle.
 
I would say your body fat as close to 10%
legs look like they are ripped like crazy
 
i'm not a tren fan lol
hate the stuff. too toxic for me.
 
I like just running tren solo because it is so powerful. Out of the 2, I would do tbol over dbol. If you go with dbol since you already have it, just keep the dose lower.

I’m fine buying tbol and tren. I just don’t know what dosage to do. I see that some people fluctuate their tren during their cycle?

Also cheat meal for today? Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies only 103 calories. I had 4 😬🐷

@Mk11kh both tbol and tren have a mental gain aspect to it

you're better off doing tren and winstrol
200mgs trenbolone max, start with 100mgs/week
50mgs winstrol
or you have the tbol already?

those are perfect cookies btw :) tasty, its ok to have 4 if you going to train, you pump after?

I had them after my workout. I did arms and cardio today. I’ve run the math. Even with 4 I’m still in 3500 caloric deficit for the week.

I’ve been having a 500 calorie cheat meal every week for my cut and my results have been great.

to avoid serious or nasty side effects we cant predict which differ from person to person depending on receptor affinity :)

I tolerated dbol fine so I’m sure I’ll be fine. So 40mg tbol after 3 weeks?
 
So I’ll get a DECA scan, I think that’s what it’s called, to determine my BF%. Do you guys think I can go down 2% BF by Oct 27th? That’ll mark my 3 months off cycle. Or should I start my cycle sooner?

I still need to prefer my stuff and that usually takes 3-7 days to deliver/process.

can you go down 2% bodyfat in about 20 days? unlikely unless you do full on fasting
but I would go cutting and start going into new cycle from there :)

I’ll continue cutting till then and resume cycle on the 27th.
 
I have a colonoscopy Thursday AM so I can only have clear liquids (Gatorade is ok) on Wednesday. How many Gatorades do you recommend I consume around my workout?

on the gatorade I suggest against it, better use cardazol next time with a protein shake 2 caps https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/health-and-wellness/cardazol/ , 1 bottle will last you 3-4 months

I’m determined to lose 2% bf by oct 27th

On a bright note. I did cardio after back today. I improved on cardio. I was able to do incline level 10 at speed 3 for 20mins. I also do 15 of light cardio before my workouts. So a total of 35mins of cardio.

How much you weighing now?
Weirdly enough I went up 1lb from last week 🫤 I’m 146.5 lbs now, but I’ve been in caloric deficit all week. I don’t understand. I was 151.6lbs Sep 14 and 146.8 Sep 22.
 
The doctor said exercise Wednesday is fine she just recommenced either Gatorade or Pedialyte. My procedure is Thursday the following day AM. So I plan on eating after the colonoscopy then going to the gym later that day once protein and carbs are digested and into my system.

Well I get a lot of cardio walking daily to the subway. I get in about 30-45mins of speed walking a day.

Like today I got in 12000 steps and that’s excluding my cardio.

I then do 15 mins cardio before my workout at 3.3 speed then post workout 20 mins 10 incline 20 mins.

How much more cardio and where/when exactly?

i would try empty stomach AM cardio you have time for 20min?

I don’t have time to do fasted cardio AM. Right now my schedule is really tight with work, school, and the gym. So I realistically can only make it to the gym once per day. I’m already working out 6x a week Plus I have midterms I’m studying for the next two weeks.

I could increase my cardio to 20 mins before and 20 mins after.

Is pyramid’ing tren going to inhibit my gains this cycle? This is the 3rd time I’ve run tren and I’ve had virtually no side effects besides irritability. Same with tbol. I’ve run dbol 3x before and I’ve read that dbol is way more potent and side effects and they’re basically analogs of each other.

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder 80 cal
  • 1 scoop of protein powder 120cal
  • 1/2 cup of flour(I used wheat for extra protein) 200cal
  • 2/3 cup of stevia
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 can of Diet Coke/ 300ml
  • 1/3 cup of sugar free Chocolate chips 159 cal
  • Total 559 calories
 
ingredients not that bad aside from the diet soda and i would have swapped in coconut flour
but overall much better then buying fake brownies
I was going to use almond flour or coconut flour but wheat flour has less calories.
 
I personally like to Pyramid but then I like to do drop sets toward the end of my workout

I cook everything I eat. That way I know exactly what’s going in my body and how many calories. It’s a little time consuming but it’s really helped me this year.

Since this is my 3/4x doing tren could I do 200mg tren first 3 weeks then do 300mg after? Or is that too much tren since I’m doing tbol?

My typical cutting lunch. High protein and low cal tacos 26g of protein 380 calories, seasoned peas 6g of protein 100~ calories, French fries 3g of protein 100~ calories, protein shake 47g of protein 360 calories, and a bowl of chocolates mousse for dessert 20g of protein and 200 calories!

So last cycle I did tren e. But I’m seeing there’s tren hexa(parabolan) and tren blend/tri-tren. What’s the difference between the 3?

Also do I need to post a new cycle log?
