So I have about 3 weeks left on my cut and I’m planning on ordering my gear in 2 weeks. I have some dbol left over from my last cycle. I have about 33 days worth to do 30mg of dbol daily. I’m planning on doing TRT+tren for sure. I’ve read online that people introduce dbol later in their cycle when doing it with tren. What do you guys recommend?
How much tren e. should I run? And how much dbol? Dbol never caused me any major side effects and it’s never caused me major bloating.
I’ve cycled before several times so I can handle higher doses I also have stuff to combat any nasty side effects like tachycardia or high blood pressure etc.
I’d like to remain lean and put on some decent size.
I like just running tren solo because it is so powerful. Out of the 2, I would do tbol over dbol. If you go with dbol since you already have it, just keep the dose lower.

So I’ll get a DECA scan, I think that’s what it’s called, to determine my BF%. Do you guys think I can go down 2% BF by Oct 27th? That’ll mark my 3 months off cycle. Or should I start my cycle sooner?
I still need to prefer my stuff and that usually takes 3-7 days to deliver/process.

can you go down 2% bodyfat in about 20 days? unlikely unless you do full on fasting
but I would go cutting and start going into new cycle from there

I have a colonoscopy Thursday AM so I can only have clear liquids (Gatorade is ok) on Wednesday. How many Gatorades do you recommend I consume around my workout?

The doctor said exercise Wednesday is fine she just recommenced either Gatorade or Pedialyte. My procedure is Thursday the following day AM. So I plan on eating after the colonoscopy then going to the gym later that day once protein and carbs are digested and into my system.
I don’t plan on going crazy Wednesday. I may just do some light cardio- depends on how I feel.

On a bright note. I did cardio after back today. I improved on cardio. I was able to do incline level 10 at speed 3 for 20mins. I also do 15 of light cardio before my workouts. So a total of 35mins of cardio.
Weirdly enough I went up 1lb from last week I’m 146.5 lbs now, but I’ve been in caloric deficit all week. I don’t understand. I was 151.6lbs Sep 14 and 146.8 Sep 22.

I don’t have time to do fasted cardio AM. Right now my schedule is really tight with work, school, and the gym. So I realistically can only make it to the gym once per day. I’m already working out 6x a week Plus I have midterms I’m studying for the next two weeks.
I could increase my cardio to 20 mins before and 20 mins after.
Is pyramid’ing tren going to inhibit my gains this cycle? This is the 3rd time I’ve run tren and I’ve had virtually no side effects besides irritability. Same with tbol. I’ve run dbol 3x before and I’ve read that dbol is way more potent and side effects and they’re basically analogs of each other.

I cook everything I eat. That way I know exactly what’s going in my body and how many calories. It’s a little time consuming but it’s really helped me this year.

My typical cutting lunch. High protein and low cal tacos 26g of protein 380 calories, seasoned peas 6g of protein 100~ calories, French fries 3g of protein 100~ calories, protein shake 47g of protein 360 calories, and a bowl of chocolates mousse for dessert 20g of protein and 200 calories!
