So I’m dropping the Anavar just cause I have other expenses this month. I’ll still be continuing the tren e and dbol 30mg daily. Is dropping the Anavar going to be a huge deal?

Only a huge deal of you make it on in your head. It all comes down to how mentally strong you are in the gym. In fact the majority of issues are related to substandard training in the gym.

@Mk11kh no differents and I dont think you should be doing dbol with trenbolone if you ask me
you can just stay on tren and add dbol in a few weeks again, cycle in and out of orals better

  • Cable kickbacks 70lbs same as last week
  • Adductor machine 200lbs up
  • Hack squat 160lbs/dropset 90lbs
  • Incline leg press 270lns/dropset 180lbs
  • Hip thrusts 270lbs
  • Standing calves raises machine 360lbs
  • Isolated leg extensions 35lbs
  • Isolated laying hamstring curls 15lbs

Bb squat was 4 sets of 6 reps. Incline leg press was 270 3 sets of 6 then 180 was the drop set

I only have 1.5 month left on my cycle and my dbol is coming in today.

Took these pics this week. I weighed myself today and came in at 170.6lbs. May 5th I was 160lbs. So I’ve gained 11lbs in 2 months. One month left to go.

Today’s workout was shoulders and chest.

Shoulder chest day

  • Standing bb military press 105lbs up 10lbs
  • Standing behind the neck bb military press 105lbs up 10lbs
  • Seated machine flies 150lbs/dropset 100lbs
  • Cable shoulder raises 100lbs

Surgery from last year. Also I’m already eating like 240g of protein I think. I need to get home and check my macros. I’m barely having any carbs

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. I got caught up in my cutting cycle. My results from my TRT+tren+dbol were great. The water retention vanished and I kept nearly all my strength gains.

I have one month left on my cut, then going back on cycle. Here’s me currently.

I’m only on my TRT. I wanted to give my liver a break. I plan on doing dbol+tren again in a month for my bulking cycle.

What’s EQ? I have tons of dbol left over from my last cycle. I was thinking tren and dbol so I could go down further in body fat

I’ll look into it it all depends how lean I can get in this last month of cutting. I was mainly debating between tren and deca. Then using dbol with my TRT

Dbol is hard for cutting on because the high water retention that goes with it and if diet or hunger goes off the rails it can be hard to recover from that.
I’ve done dbol before and especially now my diet and macros are very clean. I cook everything I eat.
 
So I have about 3 weeks left on my cut and I’m planning on ordering my gear in 2 weeks. I have some dbol left over from my last cycle. I have about 33 days worth to do 30mg of dbol daily. I’m planning on doing TRT+tren for sure. I’ve read online that people introduce dbol later in their cycle when doing it with tren. What do you guys recommend?

dbol you can add 2 weeks in with tren but light 10mgs

I have beta blockers and tachycardia meds and anti anxiety So now much tren first few weeks?

anti anxiety meds? you mean benzos?
you're on them now or you plan to take them?
its best to NOT take these, they will mess up your mind, benzos like heroin in addiction level @Mk11kh we worried about you in the EF family

I have them on hand if need be.

Worried? I’ve been good! Just still cutting! Every week my core is looking better.
