A athlete0185 New member Aug 5, 2004 #1 well i finally hit 300 for my 5x5 and it felt great. the last set went really smooth also, i wanted to increase to 305 but i decided to wait until next week. next is 3 plates on each side. wish my luck bros!

coolcolj New member Aug 6, 2004 #7 Nice work that's is definitely a milestone I found that for myself, once I got past 3 plates, I stop caring about what was on the bar and lifted for myself It just became another number
