My pet peeve in gyms..2 plate squatters

Some people tend to get big asses more easily, so you should be careful when going below parrallel on squats. Now I stop at parrallel, or maybe slightly below. It hits the quads just as well, in my opinion.

Mine too......one of my pupils told me that today. But then another told me that I look like superman hehehe......so its all good.

Besides, I really don't understand why people worry about getting a round ass......women like it!!

Your stance can affect this. Your hips will lock higher up if you use a wider stance......dunno if thats the right word for it but Rickey Dale Crain told me this......and it works for me.
