Just wanted to tell everyone how happy I am to have hy honey home, he's been out of the country for 130 days!! He returned yesterday, and he looks very good

Its was a long, hot summer, but the kids and I made it through.

Thanks Sassy, I haven't been on E.F. for awhile, alot of stuff going on the past month. took some time off from the heavy training etc. Getting ready to get serious again and put on some off season muscle.

How's life w/you? Are doing a contest soon? I need to catch up on the boards.
