Blast from the past- Suggestions?

Been a long long time since I’ve been around.. probably 10 years now. Happy with where I am in life but still have goals and it’s always in the back of my mind to dabble again. It looks like the world is a changing however. It seems Sarms are all the rage? Wild!

Anyhow, for a guy in his mid 30’s now, who’s no where near what he was but still in good shape- if he wanted to, what would you suggest? Aside from getting dialed in again and hitting the gym hard for at least next 6-12mths.. Ive done cycles in the past, not afraid to pin by any means and know how to properly pct- but open to new things and just wondering. Been reading a lot about RAD 140 and the like… or is there simply no comparison to just doing the real deal? Happy either way.

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Coming back into it, I suggest you try using testosterone and some sarms as a stack, think sports-TRT and sarms stack (oral replacement)

Week 1-12
300mgs testosterone enanthate/week (sports trt)
25mgs testolone rad140/day
7caps n2guard/day (organ liver support)
5mgs aromasin EOD (ai anti estrogen)

PCT after if you want or jump on low dose TRT 100mgs test.

Now you are back at it @rage22 so you need to start your LOG journal with diet training cardio and supplements, the journey back to the strong powerful body. You can see @Topps_Baseball88 has a road to redemption log getting back into it as an example:

A log is a must if you want to make the changes in life and get the results.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I would stack testosterone enanthate 300mgs or so with 25mgs rad140 and n2guard for organs and aromasin for estrogen. GW optional.

Welcome back rage 💪 you and I are in the same boat being mid 30s. I can say with certainty trt saved my life and has helped me on many ways I like you am back at it after a few years off.

The vets around here have been amazing following my log with wisdom and encouragement, I would love to see you log the journey and have no doubt in my mind all of us can help along the way.

I would say my favorite sarms stack I have ever ran was Rad140/lgd/s4/gw/sr9009

In your case I think the suggestion above of trt with rad140 and my suggestion toss in some GW for muscular and cardiovascular endurance and you would be all set to rock and roll .
 
Wow, well thanks for all the love my dudes!! That’s was one heck of a response that I wasn’t expecting. It’d be rude of me not to do a log now!

My take, and thoughts prior anyhow, was to run test as a base @ 500ew w/ Ai & hcgen/ hcg to at least attempt to keep the boys running a bit. I’ve always done well with that and I liked the shorter esters. Quicker to hit and less retention issues. Not opposed to stacking it with RAD140, especially seeing the raving reviews…. but I need to spend some time accumulating things and researching it a bit more. I’ve been out of the game for sometime, but the one thing I swore to myself was that I would always run test as a baseline no matter what because I’ve run oral only before and that led to anxiety/depression issues when the oral shut me down. Not fun and not going that route again.

From what I know from my basic research is that RAD140 isn't that- it was literally developed as a “safe” replacement to Trt. That’s all great well & fine but I also hear of its ability to suppress you more than just a “mild” amount which to me, seems if it’s going to suppress me then why not just be on the real deal anyhow? All this thought^ is pushing my mindset into the direction of go ahead and get yourself real test as a base vs trying this stuff solo.

Firstly, bloods and a bit more research for me so I can lay out a proper plan and have everything on hand. Stay tuned, I’ll post a log in the coming weeks and probably ask a couple questions here and there for input.
 
I did great on just sarms without a test base if I was to run sarms again I definitely would do it with a test base. I feel having that base would be a beautiful addition and add synergy combining sarms with test. I wasn't on trt before when I did my stacks after being on trt I feel my results would have been even better.

Ready to get some base line blood tests. Is it still a think to go to Private MD Labs and get the full panel “female” hormone tests? (Costs is like 1/4-1/5 th the cost measuring the same as if you went for the mens). Those in the know, please lmk. Links appreciated as I see the site has changed a bit. Thanks.

Used to be, you could get the female full hormone test and it included the important goodies all for around $79. Though, I’m not up to date and seems that test is capped on “Test” >1500… though- if not on cycle, I’m not coming close to the limit anyhow.

They have other test, one for “body builder Pro” but it’s also $334…

Took me about week and a half to put together the new gym. Went all out with it and still more on the way. Also took time to get the Test P & C, Adex on hand.

Still need baseline bloods which I’ll get this week- and PCT before I start anything.

From an old cycle of mine:
“Pct:
Torem 90/90/60/30
Daa
Postcycle
Unleashed
Mk2866
Vit e
Once a day multi vit
Formastanzol”

Talking old, so.. update me please. I also had run HCG the 4 weeks leading up to PCT and HCgenerate during cycles previously. Also, pretty sure I extended those timeframes out to 2mths PCT time. Anyhow, some of this stuff- can’t even find it anymore it seems… Ive read through various updated “perfect PCT” posts and will continue to do so but any fresh advice is welcomed.

Test c 10ml 250/ml

Thoughts welcome- was thinking:
-test p at 300 a week for 2 weeks
-add .75-1 cc of test c in week 3 and run until out of test p.
-add 2nd shot of test c week 4 and roll on through 16weeks.

Idea is to getty up the cycle so to speak while keeping blood levels consistent. Might be a dumb idea and over complicated. Lmk your thoughts on how/ if you’d do it or not.

Well you can do this, but why? Just take 250mgs testosterone cypionate/week and you can kickstart with 200mgs testosterone propionate for 4 weeks so the cycle is 14 weeks.

You do need organ support like n2guard and you do need aromatase inhibitor aromasin.

I appreciate the response and can appreciate not over thinking things.

Was paying a little too much attention to the cycle I guess. I do have:
-2x bottles HCgenerate,
-2x bottles N2guard,
-2x bottles Ancient Strength Creatine,
-Adex

Currently taking last month or so:
-Animal Pak Omega because N2-Krill oil is sold out
-Animal Flex Powder because N2-Joint is sold out
-Animal Pak Multi Vit Powder because was saving N2guard for cycle at some point.

@rage22 you need to start your log journal already. And you should be taking n2guard the whole cycle if you want to keep organ safe especially with alt/ast and creatinine issues. Lets see the diet training log portion to start, I'm waiting to see how you're doing.
 
Well, I think it would be good to start with a goal in mind. The goal is to turn as much of the mass I have on me to muscle and then some. So a goal would be 225lbs. Will I get there? Maybe, but will it be clean and lean? So I’ll do my best to keep it clean and welcome advice.

Breakfast- 3-4 whole eggs from self raised chickens we have (their eggs arnt like the jumbos you buy in the store just fyi), 2 sausage links/ patties (Turkey or Pork), normally already throw in hand full of chopped onions, peas, carrots (mixed steamed or raw veggies essentially)… I do this literally daily already. Sometimes I’ll add Organic Oatmeal but could go the steel cut oat route just takes longer. Have it on hand. I’ll also juice everything from carrots, ginger, celery, apples, beets, assortment of fruits in the AM. This is already a daily routine. No coffee for me either, I find it makes me feel like crap and crash.

Protein Shake, love those Lean Body’s w/ 40g protein- Wasabi covered Almonds or Similar. Pretzel or 2.

Lunch: Pork, Beef, Turkey (Love Turkey Tenderloin!), Head of broccoli or similar greens like asparagus, broccolini, string beans, brussel sprouts and carrots or corn. Tuna, Salmon, Grouper, Snapper. Brown Rice. Occasionally Crabs (blue, snow etc) Oysters, Clams etc. (same goes for dinner depending on the day)

More Lean Body 40g protein shake (drink usually 2-3 a day and a ton (like a case+) of Topo Chico or Pellegrino water just because I like it)

Dinner: basically same as Lunch. I find myself eating a lot of leftovers for lunch/ breakfast the next day depending on what was made. In general though, I’ll eat a bone in/ or out ribeye, a filet or a T bone steak. If there is any extra, I eat it with my eggs in the AM. Occasionally, Salmon or other fish that I like better if I can get my hands on it. Hand full of veggies and sweet potatoes in the mix. I’ll throw a mild fit if dinner dosnt have real meat or fish of some type. Very adamant about that and get meats from grass fed places like Campo Grande or White Oak Pastures etc. Fish is always wild caught and or frozen from trips we take.

Might find myself in the Kitchen again around 10:30-11pm. Guilty as I’m sure a lot of people are.

We have a pretty decent sized garden around 30x50 that produces all sorts of stuff. But even beyond that I’ll chow down on about anything and really don’t like sugar at all. I don’t eat sweets, no candy, no cake, no cookies. Not even for events- I simply don’t like it. If I’m out, it’s Sparkling Water or Unsweetened Tea. No chocolate either, hate it- always have.

I don’t think eating is necessarily going to be my issue, but Keeping it clean and Ensuring I get a solid 5000 cal+ while on is something I need to work on I think and am willing to stricken it up a bit. I just recently started trimming back (hence why I’m back in the game so to speak). I was 217lbs, not about 205lb last I checked… so I don’t think eating will be an issue for me really and I’m sure I’ll only become hungrier while on.

Weekend, I’ll admit I like to drink a few beers here and there. I’m talking about less than a 6 pack however. Also willing to cut this.

I’ll do training next response.
