My friend's lats are uneven! Help him! (pic included)

for real though, even in the second picture? I know it's a little messed up, but compare the first and then the second. I'm still happy it isn't as bad as i thought it was originally. Now I can at least leave my room without wondering if people think i was a botched abortion or something. based on my back symmetry.

i dont think he has been doing one arm pulldown movements. he has only been doing on earm rows in a futile attempt to correct his back.

How weird indeed...I have those boxers as well but the only problem I have is my left nut hangs lower than the right....LOL must be a BB thing..the boxers that is....LOL

Some time ago I had a rotator cuff injury that caused me to change my lifting mechanics without even noticing, my body found it's own way to work around the pain. For example when I was doing curls I would use my trap on the injured side to elevate the shoulder and take away some of the torque from the rotator cuff. Like I said I wasn't even aware of it until one day I noticed that my traps were seriously uneven, my biceps' were a little uneven too but less noriceable. Sorry for the long story, but this might be the case with your friend too.

From the pics it looks like his right "lower" lat is not as developed as his left.

I would recommend doing pulldowns to the front down to your stomach/chest area using the v-bar close grip row handle (the one you usually use for seated cable rows). I believe that should help bring out his lower lat development.

Looks to be genetic bro... not sure that anything can be done.
