My friend's lats are uneven! Help him! (pic included)

Actually that one looks quite normal.
The only thing he could add is dead lifts and bent over rows (smith), concentrating on his deficient side.

yeah, i dont understand why he is shying away from freeweights and going to cables....don't get me wrong, cables do have their place, but i wouldnt be using them for an entire workout almost.

I could be wrong but YOU (poink) might be overly concerned with your FRIENDS lat development...have you ever considered getting a hobby???

(that's for monkeyarms and his girl...how ya doin' bro?)

from the first pic i can see is his lats (right) is wider at the top while his left is more tapered. I would reccommend lots of strict front & rear lat pulldowns on the lat machine and behind the neck lat pullups on the chinning bar. These should have a more pronounced effect on his symetry, but don't neglect other lat exercises--always use strict form.

I got an account, that's my crooked back. and those are designer thousand dollar old navy pj pants. damn. still, thanks to everyone for the help.

my friend's lats are uneven, and he needs some expert advice on how he should go about correcting it. i know a lot of people are going to say more one arm rows, but hopefully there are other suggestions. let's hear them.

Here is his picture

here is his current back routine:

behind the neck pulldowns 4x8-12
one arm rows 4x8-12
close grip pulldowns 3x8-12
seated rows 3x8-12
machine pullovers 3or4x8-12
weighted hyperextensions 3x30-40

tell him to stop jerkin off so much!! actually i have the same problem but its worse, i had surgery so I have a fun excuse.. tell him to never lift more with the stronger lat just because he can. Keep it even and eventually they will even out.
