Preworkout 30 min light jogging treadmill

  • Bench press 145lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 10lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Seated incline press 170lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Incline bench cable French press(long) 110lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Wide grip dips 45lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Overhead v-bar tricep extensions 120lbs 4x15,15,12 up in reps
  • Smith machine chest press 100lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set 50lbs 1x20
Post workout 30 min incline treadmill moderate speed.

Today I hit cardio and back:

30 min light jogging treadmill

  • ISO low row machine isolation 230lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Behind the back shrugs 165lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Seated lat pull downs 175lbs up 15lbs 4x6
  • Wide grip preacher curls (short head) 105lbs 3x15,12,10 up in reps dropset 75lbs 1x20
  • Chest supported tbar rows trap grip 100lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set 80lbs 1x?
  • Incline bench cable lat pull overs 110lbs 3x15 up in reps dropset 80lbs 1x15
  • Hammer curls 30lbs up 5lbs 3x22 drop set 20lbs 1x40
30 min post workout incline treadmill moderate speed.

Took 6 capsules off the cardazol today. I felt great!

  • Dumbbell deadlifts 70lbs up 5lbs 4x7
  • Incline calve presses 230lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 10lbs up 10lbs 3x8
  • Seated isolation leg extensions 45lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Laying hamstring curls 80lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Smith machine calve raises 120lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Cable pull throughs 80lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Finished with abs. No cardio post workout today I had to run errands.

  • Cable upper ab crunches 110lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Hanging leg crunches 4x8
  • Bird dog knee to elbow 3x11 up in reps
