Maintain Diet while Ill?

Currently I am on a mass phase so my calories are pretty cranked up. I have unfortunately came down with a cold which will likely have me out of the gym for at least a week. Should I maintain my mass diet during this time or back off a little and resume my diet when I get back to the gym? Mu concern is that I don't want to put on fat I will have to take off later.

You are not going to gain much fat in one week. But, if you're sick and not training, you probably should cut back a bit on calories.
 
Perfect time to carb up !! take advantage of the lack of activity, keep the bulking diet going..remember the old saying "starve a fever, feed a cold !!"...
