for the record my diet is clean but i eat in excess..i have 1 or 2 cheat meals per week..i eat mainly chicken steak turkey tuna oats rice whole wheat bread pro shakes..

it boils down to goals..mine are different..you dont need visible abs to have a 2k total..and i have no aspirations of competing in a bb'ing comp so why diet now..
everyone is different which is what isaid in my very first post..

if your goal is to be the most ripped regardless of your muscularity fine im not critisizing that..but dont critisize me if having abs is not my goal..

if we learned anything from this i think we need a poll what is easier to obtain: a six pack abs or "above" average muscularity..this seems to be the driving wedge with this debate

suffice it to say everyone has different goals, so we shouldnt be trashing people that have different ones then ours.
But njripped, some of your comments I'm starting to take personally. If you are happy with your size, fine, but that doesnt mean you should be trying to piss on guys with mass goals different than yours. For what its worth, I have pics posted on here where I was natural, and just as lean but bigger than you, so I dont find your physique that impressive, but you wont hear me trashing it on the boards because I am way bigger than you
and the comment about whats the point of bulking when you look too shitty to take your shirt off, thats crap. I bulk to about 13% every year, but have never been shy about taking my shirt off, and even at that % I never seem to have problems turning heads

Just noticed you gave negative karma to me - that gave me a laugh too. If I was gay, I'd like to think that I could do better than just looking at pics of naked fat guys. lol

As far as squating, I could lie just like everyone else does about their BF levels. The truth is I had a motorccyle accident when I was 17 & broke my foot, tibia fibia, etc. As a result I do not have full range of movement in my ankle. And yes I can submit verified pics as proof if needed. lol

My advice:
NJRipped: nice abs but you need to lift heavy and put on some size. As "Bubba" Colman once said, "Everybody wants to be a bodybuilding but nobody wants to lift no heavy weights."

see now if you had said that in the begining there would be no argument here..i understand not everyone wants to be huge..that is fine..i would agree with you if you are happy with the amount of muscle you have you should try to get to an easily maintainable level of BF..jeez

Ive stayed out of this till this bullshit. " I dont squat cause of my bad anckle" guess what....BULLSHIT! Your doin the same thing that you fuckin bitch to everyone about. Oh and by the way about bad anckles, I fell four stories of a log home when I was 20 and totally blew out my ackle, feemer, pelvis, 6 ribs, and 3 bones in my left hand. I have a rod inside my right leg and plates in my anckle and hand. After 6 months of therapy I could walk agian and I have no motion in my anckle to this day because they had to fuse it together. Leg day was Monday, Monday I squated 305 for 5x5. You talk about callin people out, tellin them to post up pics, well I got a challange for you. I challange you to go to your gym find a guy 250lb+ with under 12% b.f who is a deadicted bodybuilder and tell him hes fat and lazy to his face and then report back and let us know how it went.

OK...bring on the smart ass come backs and fat remarks but just remember, everyone reading this knows damn good and well that you would never say any of this to any of our faces in person
