I'm on low-carb..hi-fat. ( This will be kinda long).
If I did low-fat hi-carb...I have to change my whole way of thinking.
It's tough.
I can't even seem to figure out how to bring my carbs. higher-70g.
or 80 gr. and fat LOWER.
I buy full fat mayo, instead I should buy lite mayo?
On my salads instead of buying full fat-1 carb blue cheese. I should buy the reduced fat-7 carb blue cheese?
Cheese, full fat-and 1 carb.
low-fat-2 carb.
I'm so freakin' confused. I can't mix an extremly high fat diet w/ one low-fat and high sugar.
Whenever I cheat I don't look twice at a snackwells, I grab a chips ahoy instead Because I am no longer afraid of fat.
When I should be if I'm eating carbs w/ the fat.
Carbs and fat=bad
Carbs and lean pro.=good
Pro. and fat =fine

If I were to start eating low-fat again, this is what I would be eating...
Egg beaters w/ FF cheese, Salsa on whole wheat tortilla.FF sour cream.
Jello w/ cool whip.
Candied yams. Baked beans. Other veggies, but these I really like.
Lean turkey and chichen. Tuna w/ fat free mayo.
Taco salad using- Fat free ground turkey. FF sour cream. FF cheeses. Salsa. Lettuce. Seasoning pk.
I would eat FF potato chips..once in a while I'm sure.
Reduced fat chips ahoy and FF-lactose free milk. As a Treat.
I'm afraid I'll consume entemann's low-fat and fat free products. VERY AFRAID.
I would consume FF turkey sandwiches w/ FF tomato or split pea soup and maybe a few olestra chips on the side.
What I need to realize is overall calories is what counts.
But one thing should be set in stone (for me anyway) 100 grams of protein everyday or Quality protein w/ every meal and a shake after working out.
