Need some motivation for my upcoming bulker..be4 and after pics are welcome...let's see that beeef....trying to hit 240+ at 5'9" this time around, starting weight 220, age 28 =)

And no i dont have gyno, just puffy nipps when i gain fat it goes away when i lean out like in my avi..
