Hey guys I am just starting this cycle:
WEEK 1: 1000 MG SUST FRONTLOAD, 800MG EQ FRONTLOAD, 2.5 mg of Femara EOD
WEEK 2-12: 500 MG SUST, 400 MG EQ, 2.5 mg of Femara EOD
WEEK 6-12: FINA 50MG ED, WINSTROL 50MG ED, (25mg AM 25 MG PM)

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to normal gradually)
Day14: 60mcg
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack
WEEK 6-11:

My diet looks like this for the first 6 weeks:

Nutrients Grams 4,411 614 354 58
My question is because sust takes 3-4 weeks to kick in and EQ, I dont know how long, when should I be at my max of 4400 calories/ day, Right now I am the fatest I have ever been and I want to know if I should slowly ramp up the calories or dive right in. I frontloaded 3 days ago and today was going to be my first day on the 4400 calories. Any advice would be appreciated!
