Juice is not magic!!!

wow many arguments here are the closed to stupid thing I've read today.

I've been working out for a little bit more than a year, and made some very solid gains (30-35 pounds). But, I somewhere hit a plateau since 3-4 months. It sucks big time. There was a dude, working out since a longer time than me, he was way less stronger than me, and not even working out as good as I do. He took some AAS and now look like an ASS. No j-k. He's jacked now. He once told me : hey I need a spot. I said ok. I had to touch his skin because I was spotting him (duh) and I had to wash my hands twice after this because his skin was too oily. Now he has acne like a 14 yo dude while he's 26 (I has never seen any acne on him before). Well, all this make me thinks he's juicing. Anyways, at some point we had a very similar physique. I worked out slightly harder and eated way better since I'm a freak about food. Now, you know what? He's done two cycles now I guess and he's huge like a mothafucker and there's absolutly no way my physique is close to his. Remember we were at the same level and I was stronger, eating better and training better (I'm not bullshiting anyone, it's the fuck*** truth). Well, you deserved your gains with aas as well but it prolly did a lot of the work.
 
i'm confused....there was a thread that said EQ is the magical steroid the other day. what gives? :confused:

What are you whining about? You've been training for a year and hit a 3-4 month plateau oh waaaaaahhhhh:bawling:
BTW it's hard to gain more than 26-28lbs of LEAN mass per year and that's VERY optimum. Sorry but I think you're full of shit.
Goddamn I get sick and tired of guys whining this type of argument. Why can't you just be proud of what you've attained naturally instead of bitching about others who use gear? Seems to me people they need to have their slef confidence checked- worrying about the weight everyone else is moving and keep their minds on their own workouts. "I could do that workout too if I was on gear...". Heres a hot tip to those who cry this statement like bitchy whores- life isn't fair so quit your goddamn whining.

Thank you HI. I know a guy who sat around and worked out like a bitch and only ate what his mom cooked but took fina eod or something like that and still looks like shit. I explained to him everyday the importance of high protein. he said he would get fat cause thats how he is. I said no u need more meals and clean. bottom line is he didnt eat right or train right i was natural and looked better. Its not magic. I saw kids in the gym this week who must have gotten their hands on some test and look bloated and disgusting. Not like a bodybuilder. What i am trying to say is i wouldnt put octane fuel in a corolla and show up to the indy 500. it takes alot more than that.

It all comes down to how you define "magic." You've been training for a couple years, gaining 30 lbs of mostly lean tissue, then all of a sudden the scale doesn't move for a few weeks, a few weeks become a couple months. Something must be wrong so you start changing up your routine and increasing your calories but you're just getting fatter. After about eight months of not gaining weight and very little gains in strength you decide to experimet with the "dark side." You take two amps of sten per week for two weeks and gain twelve pounds while your lifts go up 10%-15% across the board, it was pretty magical to me.

Stop all the bitching. All that juice does is improve your recovery ability. So basically anyone that can't gain for shit while natural will have limited sucess with juice. This limited sucess will cause them to use ever escalating dosages.

The FACT is that all the juiced up champs would still be champs if they were naturall. To train naturall you have to be smart, not some dude in the gym doing 20 sets for every body part and swearing you are "intense" and work your balls off. You will make no progress that way. Your body has a limited ammount of resourcess to grow muscle and you must not overuse them. Now add ENOUGH juice and you will start to grow.

I will tell you one thing, in the gyms i went to the "in" crowd will tell you that close to 75% of the guys on the gym take some juice, some a little some a lot, but only 2-3 gys in the gym will look it. What does that tell you.

Well, I'm not bitching at all, I'm just saying it's done some magic on him. He was stuck at some level, I got easily at his level and then he juiced. Holy crap he's so much bigger than me it's laughable now. I'm proud of my gains and will stay natural for a while since I want more natural gains and more time before I juice. I just turned 18 lol. But, you don't have to insult me because I said what's the truth when one takes aas. He's blown up while I didn't grown much. I mean, it's actually a pretty revelant case of what kind of results you can expect from aas.
