9:00am - Had my Burst Test today in lieu of doing any of the usual PT stuff.....Had a lot of test anxiety as I was kicking out at 760 foot lbs but it dropped when the burst/stim was added in - so I had to do the test on my right leg about 4 times Finally decided enough was enough & did the same on my left leg, which was one & done.....All in all, I got 81% & 86%, so I've been released from PT for 1 month - I don't have to go back until August 2nd.....They gave me a list of stuff to do in the gym on my own but I'm still not allowed to do any work on my left leg - just the right. Not sure if that will happen....plus I got a running protocol as well to work on, ala HIIT but very very low-level, so it's more like LIIT...LOL
Moving forward....Yayyyy!!
