Tuesday July 4th

**Didn't watch what I ate at all Sunday/Monday and I'm definitely feeling it today.....feel bloated & crappy in general......gym is closed today so NO training & was off Sunday/Monday also - so tomorrow will be difficult!! Oh and I have the burst test tomorrow!! :worried:

**Slept in till about 10:00am as I didn't get to sleep until 4:00am.... :rolleyes:

Iced Coffee: Black coffee + 2 packets Splenda + 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla Syrup + 2 tblsp. skim milk + 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla Creamer

Breakfast wrap: 1 3/8 oz. leftover steak + 1/2 cup egg substitute + sliced tomatoes + 1 slice Kraft FF cheese + 1 Mission WW Low Carb tortilla

11:30am

Italian Herb Chicken: 3 oz. crockpot chicken + 2/3 cup cooked spaghetti squash + sauce + zucchini

1:25pm
2 Sesamax + 1 Gluc/Chondroiten Tab

**Water Tally: 2 (16.9 oz) bottles of water

To a certain extent it was my own fault - eating like crap gave me some SERIOUS heartburn.....and I know better too.... *sigh*
