**Didn't watch what I ate at all Sunday/Monday and I'm definitely feeling it today.....feel bloated & crappy in general......gym is closed today so NO training & was off Sunday/Monday also - so tomorrow will be difficult!! Oh and I have the burst test tomorrow!!
