I love lifting weights. The diet and cardio side is the hard part.

Today, I'm not sure.
Currently lying in a hospital bed waiting on surgery to repair a hernia. Went to the gp to check it yesterday, a scan this morning, and into emergency at midday.
Fucking sucks. The surgery I don't really care about, but the next 6 weeks of taking it easy is going to kill me.
Follow that with a 7 week honeymoon where training will be limited, and next year I will be small and fat again.
I need to talk to Tom and the surgeon about exactly what I can do and when, but I suspect it will be at least a few weeks of no weights, then a few weeks of unilateral and light weights.
PEDs wise, I think it will be:
Low test
5iu gh
Klow or glow or similar to speed up healing.
