Morning all. Post upper day pump.
Still working with reduced weights, limited exercises, just trying to not put too much strain on the abdominals. But feeling better, stronger, and hopefully in a position to tighten up just a touch.
Been pretty stable at 91kg, roughly 2700cal/day.
Wedding is in 17 days, honeymoon in 19.
Massive massive thankyou to coach Tom for the safe programming, diet support, and generally absorbing some of my anxiety.
He has given some tips this morning to look more like an X and less like a Y.
But pretty happy given I've had 4 weeks in a surplus with fuck all training.
