hey folks. Not long ago finished my second cycle got good gains and kept the majority. Been about 2 month since i finished pct. I was off training for 3weeks. And tried to start getting back into it but got some injury in my right shoulder, feels like the socket. Really effecting my chest and shoulder workouts! to the point where i cant do them. Any ideas how long i should wait until i start training again? Anything i can take to speed up the healing process? thanks!
