Coach is happy, no water to be seen on the physique and only 2kg up on lowest prep weight/weight cap, we are being super careful through this phase as we don’t want huge drastic weight jumps as we only want to sit 8kg ish over weight cap through this offseason as there’s potential we may be back on stage in 12-18 months time.

Increase of 75carb per day this week, will be super nice as hunger is stupidly high even with the reta in but staying super strict with cals with only 1x off meal per week which is pretty easy for me as I’m a nazi with food.

Training has felt bashed over the last week as my sleep is still shocking and stress is high from workload and clients being on stages all around the country too, so with training we are keeping training volume super low until I can get a little weight on and wash as much fatigue as possible.

the bpc at 250mcg a day is pretty pricey no? i hope its worth it. stuff can cost thousands quick @Poprox

I actually just ran out the last I had since axis came out, if I need anything else once bloods hit in a eek or two I’ll supplement without it and gather what’s needed to cover bloods as well as axis now we have access to that
