100.4 new low only 200grams this week but legs have been super inflamed from quads so that’s fair.
Coach is happy and quiet a few changes coming in this week.
Training day cals are going to come down by 45g carbs but we will implement a 700carb refeed on Thursday this week to try and mitigate the cns that is being created from quads and try reduce some inflamation, the condition is getting there now so it’s just a matter of sucking down the last 5ish kgs
Tren will come in at 10mg everyday or 70mg per week and npp will come out as of Thursday.
