i really fucked up

I really fucked up... I just checked the scales and it said im only 140 pounds, i don't know what the hell happened because i use to be a lot more. (Im 17 male 5'11 height). So now i am going to go on a high protien diet...
This is what im thinking

Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs (2 eggs), Bowl of Museli, 2 bananas
Snack - protien shake
Lunch - toasted cheese & tomato, tuna sandwiches (100g worth)
Snack - protien shake
Dinner - meat & chips, macaroni
Snack - protien shake

I go MAXs whey protien (30 grams per serve).
Also throughout the day i will have 100g pack of Honey Roasted Peanuts) becos that has quite a lot of protien. Also a few museli bars now and again and other snakes.

I will try to keep this going everyday...
With doing weights

What do you think?

i would eat chiken and rice and some low fat meat u can also eat turkey.

But chicken is great for high protein low fat, low carbs.

and eat eggwhites i take 10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and make one big fried egg.
 
at your age -- eat everthing in sight -- gaining mass is all about calories and protein --- and work your fucking ass of in the gym - INTENSITY!!

You're at the perfect stage of your life to make use of that testosterone naturally raging through your veins, flubber. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT!

Work your ass off like a damn freak in the gym, and some pasta or rice in with those sandwiches at lunch. What kinda cheese you planning to put in there? As for dinner, the macaroni is a good idea, but what's with the chips? Replace that with more meat, carbs or some leafy greens or fruit. If you get hungry in between any of those meals & shakes, then for sure EAT!

That and busting your ass in the gym & you sure as shit should start bumping that buck-40 of yours up the scales.

LOL, don't worry about it too much. Just eat more than your calorie maintence intake and keep working out hard. Don't forget to take in extra protein too. With your metabolism at your age, it will burn everything in a short amount of time. If you have a hard time trying to gain muscle mass, try to eat a LOT! you sound like you're thin, 140 lbs at 5'11"? Just eat 1,000 to 2,000 cals more than calorie mainteince intake and get plenty of rest and work out hard.

No, let me rephrase it. Eat everything in sight! LOL
 
Bro, i used to be 155. Eating high protein, lots of food..bla blabla..whatever.

Then my friend explained to me tha actual importance of a SUPER high protein intake..not just "high protein".

I shit you not i gained 45lbs in about 6 months.

( I also used Max Whey)

this is what i ate...

apprx 420 grams of protein
300 grams of carbs
60 - 70 grams of fat

This is tha protein formula he told me to use..he is a biochemist/personal trainer/doctor/maniac.

Take your bodyweight let's say you weigh 200lbs
add that to 214.....

ANYWAYS...

200LBS + 214 = 414.. THAT is tha amount of protein you would need to grow.


your bodyweight + 214 = protein intake per day.
