I read it the other night. I'm really glad I did too. I did a thigh injection and hit a nerve and my quad starting contracting. Knowing me, I would've flipped out and been on EF PM'ing everyone I know only to have someone tell me it's cool and to try another spot. Just a word of advice. It also has a great tutorial of how to stick yourself. Pins are very cheap in the grand scheme of things. I started switching pins everytime. It's GREAT! Before I would draw from a vial and then inject. It was a little painful that way. I think I'm spending my extra $4 wisely.
I'm running 500mg QV Test-E right now along with 400mg of PF EQ right now.
