Hmmmm... I live in Iceland... beyond a century is a tough commute for tea.

Is there a special kind of Green Tea? Or is this just plane jane asian green tea?

Again my appologies for being so green... so to speak.

I honestly do not know, i think all tea that comes from green, non-fermented leaves count as 'green tea'. I think all green teas count as long as they have a high amount of polyphenols, especially the EGCG polyphenol.

i honestly don't know which delivery method is best, i dont know about the bioabsorption of the EGCG polyphenol and if one method is better than another. The OP seems to feel that tea is bioabsorpted while extract pills are not. However it is safe to say that concentrated liquid would probably be absorbed pretty well.

I just picked up 1000 caps from instynct for 85 dollars. They are 200mg and supposedly of very high quality.

Georgie, Fonz says he gets his extract in powder form and caps them in size 00 caps. I've the same powder and a Capsue Machine (cheaper then cap-m-quik) on order. Hope this helps.

I'm really looking foward to trying this because most diet aids are off limits to me because I can't tolerate stimulants. The BAC formula has less than 1% caffiene.

How do you space out when you take your green tea? Do you take all 4000mg (50% EGCG) at once?

Bump , I want to know as well. Can I take 1000 in the morning and 1000 in the afternoon?
