I lost 30lbs with Green tea- pics included

The first day I tried Green tea I took 540 mg (50% EGCG) with each meal (I read the bottle wrong). So I took around 2160mg total before things went tits up.

After my fourth meal (at about 3 pm) I was totally spaced out.
I was in work at the time so I had to drive home wondering if I was going to pass out and crash LOL.
So I wouldn't take that much myself, and if you do try to spread it out through the day.

Just remembered I also drank 3 cups of green tea that day.

you look much better, but you lost a heap of muscle...more than i would ahve liked to personally

im not a huge believer in green tea, ill be honest.

he does'nt look that good my god, he would have been better off just using fina and done some cardio, at least he would have kept some muscle,out of the 30 lbs you lost it looks like 20 of it were muscle no offense but, green tea
is good but you should have thought that through before you started!!

humans dont have much of B3 receptors dont they?

I hear that. Green Tea at high doses makes me feel so fucked up in the head it's unbelieveable. And im talking about the decaf kind too.

You know what, I thought of just fucking the diet and useing some fina and winny for a first cycle as I havent used gear - but a friend of mine who had similiar stats did just that - well being over weight and using gear as you know greatly contributes to hypertension...

Needless to say his BP went threw the roof and he suffered from edema.

I dont feel it, I personally dont think I look it, but had I lost muscle to that degree as a price to pay for losing that much fat I would have gladly given it up...(picking up twice the ho's on weekends :p )

Now I will be doing my first cycle, am ready to go, since I lost that much weight - I know my cycle will be a lot more "safe" for me had I 30 extra pounds, looking at my buddies situation he cant use gear for a while if not forever...
